Scope of Works
Surface Preparation & Finishing
All internal walls were carefully sanded to ensure an even and smooth surface ahead of the application of coatings.
A miss-coat was prepared to assist in the detection of imperfections and to provide an ideal base for final paint finishes.
Protective Coatings on Structural Steel
All steel girders and metalwork were coated using Crown Pro Clad, a highly durable and protective industrial finish, ensuring long-term resistance and visual consistency.
Decorative Finish
The first coat of Macpherson’s Durable Matt was applied across prepared wall surfaces. This product was chosen for its excellent opacity and long-lasting finish—ideal for a high-traffic retail environment.
